Candidate for the office of K-12 Division, Vice President MCPS Paraeducator Chapter

My name is Vicki Brown and I am a Professional Growth Consultant in the Department of Professional Growth Systems for Montgomery County Public Schools. I was previously a K-12 Educational Interpreter in the Deaf and Hard of Hearing program. I have been with MCPS for 17 years. I am seeking by election to represent members as one of the VP paraeducators of the SEIU Local 500 Executive Board. I am passionate about all members and want to be sure all of us are seen as partners in the workplace. I have served on the Executive Board for 4 years and am excited to represent members and continue to advocate for what they deserve and need.
