Select your union status now
As staff at MICA, you are required to select your union status with SEIU Local 500. This is a condition of your continued employment at MICA, so please read the following information and take a few moments now to select your status.
Option I: Become a member

Option II: Become an agency fee payer
If you choose not to be a member of SEIU Local 500, you will relinquish your right to vote on your contract with your employer, serve on committees, attend members-only meetings, receive information about bargaining and other matters impacting your workplace, and give up access to member benefits. The SEIU Local 500 MICA Staff Bargaining Team recently reached a tentative agreement with MICA. The voting process to ratify the staff’s first contract will soon begin. We encourage all bargaining unit employees to complete their membership authorization.
